Hi. How can we help?

Understanding customer profiles

On the left-hand side, navigate to the Customers section.

From there, you can use the search bar to find the customer or you can navigate to a segment of your customers by filtering to a specific player type.

Click on the customer to bring up their profile or account.

The profile tab will show you the customer information such as gender, date of birth, email, phone number, and address. To add any of the information for the customer, click on Edit on the top right.

Integrations are listed at the bottom of the profile tab. You can open the customer's profile in Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) by clicking on the Register icon.

The reservation tab will list past and upcoming reservations for the customer. You can also filter their No-Show and Cancelled reservations.

The packages tab will list packages assigned to the customer profile. Package status, usage, date of purchase, and beneficiaries are listed for each package.

More information can be found in our Selling packages article.

House account

The house account tab displays statements and payment history for customer profiles with active house accounts.

More information about house accounts can be found in our house account content.

If you do not have House Accounts enabled and are interested in the feature, please contact your Account Manager.

The subscriptions tab lists memberships or services sold to the customer profile. It will display all past, active, and inactive memberships.

  • Canceled indicates the subscription was canceled manually.
  • Expired indicates the subscription ended on the chosen end date.
  • Active indicates the subscription is currently in use.
  • Inactive indicates a subscription that has a future start date.

More information can be found in our Selling memberships and services through subscriptions article.

Please contact your Account Manager if the subscriptions feature is not enabled, and you are interested in using it.

Payment methods

The payment methods tab allows you to manage credit cards or ACH accounts attached to a customer profile. Once added, these payment types can be used to process payments for reservations, packages, house account payments, subscriptions, and more.

More information can be found in our Adding ACH bank accounts and Saving customer credit card information articles.

The preferences tab allows you to adjust if the customer prefers to receive their house account statement by physical mail. Then, you can filter by customers that have this enabled when exporting a monthly statement report.

You can also adjust the customer's member privacy settings. More information about these settings can be found in the Adjusting member privacy settings article.
