Hi. How can we help?

Managing price sheets and time restrictions

Use price sheets to set your green fees and cart fees per player type, for different seasons, weekdays, weekends, and more. They can be created and cloned as many times as necessary to cover price changes throughout the year. Each calendar day can be assigned a single price sheet at a time.

Creating price sheets

Price sheets organize your green fees and cart fees into flexible templates that you can apply to different calendar dates, by setting prices per player type.

  1. Navigate to Tee Times & Pricing.
  2. Select Price Sheets, then click the + button.

  3. Enter a name for the price sheet, and assign a unique color.

Managing price rules

Price rules control how much your green fees and cart fees cost, per player type. This helps you set specific prices for public players and members while avoiding price errors.

It is best to separate public and member types into different price rules. This lets you set member pricing to $0 if their fees are covered by a membership, while charging other player types appropriately.

Player types that are not included in the assigned price sheet can’t book online. They can only be booked manually by staff, and won’t have a price filled in automatically.

  1. Navigate to the price sheet that you want to edit.
  2. Click Create price rule.

  3. Select the player type(s) that should be included in the price rule.
    • Player types can only be included in one price rule for green fees and cart fees, each.
  4. Select the green fee or cart fee product(s) that should be included in the price rule.
    • Click the plus on the left to add a line to the price rule. This lets you include multiple green fee products in the same price rule.
  5. Enter the applicable prices for the selected player types and fee products.
  6. Click the plus at the bottom of the price sheet to create more price rules, as necessary.

  7. Select Green Fee or Cart and follow steps 2 to 4 again to ensure both green fees and cart fees are included in the same price sheet.
  8. Click Create/Update in the top right to save your work.

Using time restrictions

Time restrictions allow you to control when specific pricing rules apply during the day. You can set pricing for different periods, such as morning discounts or peak-hour rates. Time restrictions can be set for green fees and cart fees.

Player types that are not included in the assigned price sheet due to time restrictions can’t book online. They can only be booked manually by staff, and won’t have a price filled in automatically.

  1. Navigate to a price rule that you want to set time restrictions for.
  2. Enable the toggle in the Time Restriction column.
  3. Set the start and end times that the price should be restricted to.
    • Click the plus on the left to add another line to the price rule.

For example, you can use time restrictions to set your green fee for a public player type to $5 less expensive in the morning than in the afternoon and evening.

A red triangle error message will appear if there are time ranges that overlap.

Applying price sheets

Price sheets must be assigned to specific calendar dates to take effect. Price sheets can be assigned to single days, or repeated daily or weekly.

  1. Navigate to Tee Times & Pricing.
  2. Select + Prices under one of the dates to assign a price sheet to.
  3. Select the price sheet you want to assign.

  4. Select how the price sheet should be assigned to future dates, if applicable.
    • Only this day will assign the price sheet to the chosen date.
    • Daily will assign the price sheet to every day between the chosen From and Until dates.
    • Weekly will assign the price sheet to every day of the week between the chosen From and Until dates.

Cloning and editing price sheets

You can clone or edit an existing price sheet at any time. Cloning lets you reuse previous price sheets as a starting point, so you can adjust for seasonal or promotional price changes without creating a new price sheet.

  1. Navigate to Tee Times & Pricing > Price Sheets.
  2. Select the price sheet to clone or edit.
  3. Click Edit.

  4. Select Edit this price sheet or Clone and edit this price sheet.
