Hi. How can we help?

Creating tee times

Tee times are what reservations can be booked into. Creating tee times over a period of time is how you can create tee sheets. Different types of tee times can be created to suit the needs of your club. This includes standard, shotgun, and crossover tee times.

Only Owners and Managers have access to the Tee Times & Pricing module where tee times can be created in bulk. Once created, tee times can be deleted, or blocked and unblocked.

Tee times are also created when squeezing pre-existing tee times from the tee sheet and when creating tournaments.
It is necessary to delete all tee times and re-create them in order to adjust tee time intervals, or if duplicate tee times have been created.

  • Standard tee times can be created with specific intervals, times, and date ranges.

    1. Navigate to Tee Times & Pricing.
    2. Ensure the intended tee sheet is selected from the drop-down list.
    3. Click Create Tee Times.Tee Times & Pricing
    4. Click Standard tee time format.
