Track changes with the Activity Log

The Activity Log gives you a clear record of changes made to tee times and reservations. You can see who made a change, when it happened, which channel was used, and what changed.

To open the Activity Log, select a tee time or reservation from the tee sheet, then select Activity Log.

Club owners and managers can now enable or disable On Deck directly from their club settings. On Deck helps capture demand for unavailable tee times by matching golfer watches to future openings.

To enable or disable On Deck, go to Settings > Tee Sheet and adjust the On Deck toggle.

Locations Manager helps multi-location businesses save time and stay consistent by letting you create menus and items once and sync them across locations. Individual locations can still tailor their offerings locally, while shared standards reduce errors and simplify administration.

To activate Locations Manager, log in to Back Office, open the location switcher, select Locations Manager, and click Activate.

Keep KDS connections stable

KDS Local gives browser-based KDS stations on Android 12 or later a stable way to connect to the POS Hub using the kds.local hostname. Automatic local network discovery helps stations stay connected when the POS Hub’s IP address changes.

To switch to KDS Local, open Quick settings, tap Switch to kds.local, and follow the instructions.
