House account payments can be processed through Loyal Action using gift cards, credit books, or loyalty points. You can also charge a customer's house account to contribute to a prize account.

Processing house account payments through Loyal Action

Begin with these steps before choosing a Loyal Action payment method below.

1. Start a New Sale.
2. Add a customer to the sale.
3. Select your House Account Payment custom menu button.

   

4. Set the payment amount that should be processed toward the house account balance.
   • Closing Balance represents the previous month's closing balance due.
   • Current Balance represents the current balance due.
   • Custom Amount allows you to set a specific amount.

   

5. Click Confirm. A Golf - House Account Payment product will be added to the sale.

   A Golf - House Account Payment product will be added to the sale for $0 and should not be removed. Start a new sale if it is accidentally removed from the sale before the transaction is finalized.

Next, choose a Loyal Action payment method based on how the customer is paying.

Using Loyal Action gift cards

1. Select your Loyal Action Gift Card custom menu button.

   

2. Search for the gift card number by manual entry or using a mag stripe reader.
3. Select Withdraw card.

   

4. Click Payment.
5. Select the payment methods and amounts to cover any remaining balance.
6. Click Finish Sale.

Using Loyal Action credit books

1. Select your Loyal Action Credit Book custom menu button.

   

2. Select Withdraw.

   

3. Click Payment.
4. Select the payment methods and amounts to cover any remaining balance.
5. Click Finish Sale.

Using Loyal Action loyalty points

1. Select your Loyal Action Loyalty custom menu button.

   

2. Redeem the applicable reward(s) toward the invoice amount.

   

3. Click Payment.
4. Select the payment methods and amounts to cover any remaining balance.
5. Click Finish Sale.

Charging a house account for prize account contributions

Follow these steps to charge a house account for a prize account contribution.

1. Start a New Sale.
2. Add a customer to the sale.
3. Select your Loyal Action Prize Account custom menu button.

   

4. Search for and select the prize account that the customer is contributing towards.
5. Enter the Amount that the customer is contributing, then click Contribute.
6. Select your House Account Charge custom menu button.

   

7. Adjust the amount to charge the house account, if necessary.
8. Click Charge to account.

   

9. Once back at the open sale, click Payment.
10. Process payments for any remaining amounts using other payment methods if necessary.
11. Click Finish Sale.
