We recommend using the Retail POS (R-Series) sales reports to get a complete picture of your eCom sales. This is because the reports within eCom (E-Series) will only contain information for online sales, while the reports within Retail POS (R-Series) will contain information for both in-person and online sales.
Log in to your Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) account and navigate to Reports.
Set the Register filter to eCom in any of the applicable reports to highlight transactions that were processed online. Otherwise, online transactions will appear with as eCom as their Source in all reports.
