We have added a toggle for employee roles to let you decide if you want all of your employees to have access to changing player types within reservations and customer profiles. This is toggled ON for Owners, Managers, and Assistants and OFF for Booking Agents by default.

Member identification player type exclusions

Member exception

We have added functionality allowing you to specify certain player types that should be exempt from the Members Identification Required setting. With that setting enabled, you can choose which player types should be exempt from needing to be identified when golfers are creating bookings. For example, this makes it easier for members to create bookings containing a Member Guest player type.

You can now enable self check-in for your golfers. After providing location access from the mobile device, and once within 500m of the club, they can complete a self check-in for them to be marked as arrived on your teesheet.

Setting expiration dates for rainchecks

You can now enter an expiration date for tax complaint rainchecks. This simplifies the process of tracking liability and recognizing revenue. Additionally, the system automatically verifies if a raincheck has expired when golfers apply it. Finally, the expiration date is now incorporated into Business Intelligence reports.

Kiosk now supports Lightspeed Payment CNP transactions! This allows you to process transactions through Lightspeed payments when using a kiosk.

We are introducing a new user verification process to strengthen security measures. New users that signup for a Chronogolf account from the Marketplace or mobile app will need to verify their identity. They will receive an email with a code that they will need to enter when logging into their account for the first time.

Customer account self-deletion

Golfers can log in to their Settings to use the Delete Account button to help them close their account efficiently. When successful, a confirmation email will be sent. If applicable, they will be given reasons why they do not qualify for deletion.
