The scheduling calendar allows you to sort and filter by services and resources to visualize and manage your reservations.
Select Scheduling from the sidebar to open the calendar. You can also click Go to Calendar from the Booking Manager.
Adjusting the date and time
You can adjust the date by using the arrow buttons to move forward or back by a single day, or by clicking on the date and using the drop-down calendar. Click Today to jump back to the current day.
Scroll through the page to review the selected date. Unavailable resources will be indicated with grey time intervals.
Filtering the calendar
Drop-down lists above the calendar allow you to adjust which services, service areas, and employees are visible. All bookable resources and services will be visible when opening your calendar.
- In the Services dropdown, you can filter by service.
- Selecting a service will automatically filter employees and service areas based on availability for that service.
- In the Employees dropdown, you can filter by employee.
- In the Service area dropdown, you can filter by service area.
You can sort and filter what appears on your scheduling calendar to keep track of how busy specific services, service areas, or employees are throughout the day. For example, you could hide all service areas besides your simulator bays.
