Lightspeed Golf has several employee roles with varying levels of access to the platform, including Owner, Manager, Assistant, Booking Agent, Starter, Viewer, and Limited Viewer. Assigning the right role ensures that each employee's access matches their responsibilities.
Roles like Owner and Manager are ideal for decision-makers who need full access to manage operations, settings, and customer service. On the other hand, roles such as Assistant and Booking Agent—as well as Starter, Viewer, and Limited Viewer—are better suited for staff with more focused responsibilities.
