Resetting your Lightspeed Golf employee password

If you've forgotten your password or find yourself locked out of your Lightspeed Golf account, don't worry. To reset your Lightspeed Golf password, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the log-in page and click on Forgot your password?

2. You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter your username

If you entered your email address, you will not receive password reset instructions.

3. Click Reset Password

4. A password reset email will be sent to your email address. Follow the steps to reset your password. The link on the email will only be valid for 1 hour.

The email will be sent only if we have found an existing account for this username with an email on file.

5. You will reach a page on which you will be asked to enter your new password.
Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters

6. Enter your new password then click Save new password

7. A password reset confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

You will also be redirected to a confirmation screen, with a button to go back to the login page. Click on Return to login to login using your new password.
