There have been multiple updates to the system in order to better manage members looking for mailable statements.

Enable customer profiles to receive statements by mail

In the customer profile, you can now identify members that would like to receive their statement by mail instead of email/online (default option).

Export only mailable statements

Instead of exporting all statements to PDF and having to filter through pages and pages of member statements to find and print the mailable ones, we now give you the ability to export and print only mailable statements.

In Reports -> Statements, when exporting monthly statements, select the mail-only option, as well as any of the optional conditions, as needed:

Using C6 envelopes

Finally, printed statements have been reformatted to follow the standard C6 size envelope measures 114mm x 162mm. This is designed to fit A4 paper folded into quarters. The address is ideally positioned to fit with window envelopes.
