Use a gift card in Lightspeed Retail to pay a credit account

1. Open a new sale in Lightspeed Retail and add the name of the player whose credit account you are trying to pay
2. Click on the "Miscellaneous" button or add an "Adjustment" item to the sale for the amount you are trying to pay
   • This item is only used to pay the credit account during the sale, it will not be on the receipt
   • Make sure the item is tax free
3. Click on the LoyalAction gift card button to open the LoyalAction portal
4. Search for the gift card you wish to use, enter the amount you wish to use and click on Remove Card
5. Once back in the Lightspeed sale, click on Payment, then click on Make Payment
6. Enter the amount you wish to pay
7. Click on the Back to Sale button and delete the "Miscellaneous" item added to the sale previously
8. You can now click the payment button again and complete the sale.

Use a gift card in Lightspeed Restaurant to pay a credit account

1. On the iPad, open a new table, attach the customer and click Pay
2. Click on "Pay member account" (the name can be different) and enter the amount you want to pay
3. Then click on the Gift Card (or LoyalAction) button to open the LoyalAction gift card portal
4. Enter the number of the gift card you wish to use and the amount you wish to pay and click on Remove Card
5. Finally, click on Finalize to complete the transaction
