Email and SMS notifications can be sent directly from the tee sheet!

Click on the envelope icon located in the top right menu, then select either entire groups or specific players to send the notification to. You can also "select all" for one or multiple days!

As you add recipients, they will appear in the list on the left-hand side of the screen. The email and/or SMS icon next to each player's name indicates which type of messages they can receive, based on the contact information stored in their customer profile.

When you are ready to create a message:

• Select either Email or SMS
• Write your subject line
• Write the message content (400-character SMS limit)
• If email, format the message as you wish (bold, italics, underline)
• Send to the displayed number of recipients
