Sending email and SMS notifications

You can send custom email or SMS messages through the tee sheet. You can also resend tee sheet confirmation emails.

Sending custom messages

You can send custom messages to update your reserved golfers of any updates or notices that they should be aware of.

  1. Click the envelope in the upper-right menu of the tee sheet.
  2. Select entire time slots or specific players within reservations.
    • Click Select all at the top left of the tee sheet to include all on the selected date.
  3. Click Create Message.

  4. Select Email and include a subject line, or select SMS.
  5. Write your message, then click Send to notify the displayed number of recipients.

Resending reservation confirmation emails

Resending reservation confirmation emails can act as a good way to send reminders to your customers about their upcoming reservations. Any adjustments made to the reservation since it was created will be reflected in the re-sent confirmation emails.

Make sure your tee sheet notifications are not muted before attempting to resend confirmation emails. Confirmation emails can only be resent once every 5 minutes, per reservation.

  1. Select any reservation.
  2. Click to the right of the customer to whom the confirmation email should be re-sent.
  3. Click Resend Confirmation.
