Creating reservations

There are multiple ways to create reservations including customer information. This article will demonstrate multiple ways to include customer information when creating reservations.

Creating a reservation

  1. Navigate to the Tee Sheet.
  2. Select the plus sign that corresponds to the number of golfers (1-4) in the group.
    • This reservation would be created for a single player.
      Single player reservations
    • This reservation would be created for 3 players.Threesome reservation
  3. Click save to create the reservation.

Attaching customer information to reservations

There are multiple ways you can include customer information when creating or editing reservations. When filling in any of the fields in the reservation information, it will search the customer list and show you related profiles. These fields include first and last name, phone number, member number, and email.

Suggested customer profiles

Golfers that do not have a customer profile will appear with their names italicized on the tee sheet. Attaching a phone number or email to their name will create a customer profile to represent them accordingly.

Customer profiles are created automatically when filling in customer information that includes at least a phone number or email. Be sure to include this for each customer so that your customer database can grow organically!
