There are two ways to create online deals. These deals, marked with a distinctive flame symbol, appear as "hot deals" when customers book online. They can be created directly from your tee sheet or from the promotions section.

Lightspeed Payments Golf (card not present) gateway is required to utilize this feature.

There are two ways in which you can create online deals at your facility:

Creating online deals from the tee sheet

To create quick online deals straight from your tee sheet, you would:

1. Click on the wrench in the top right-hand corner of your tee sheet
2. Select tee times you would like to promote
3. Select the "Promote" option at the bottom of your tee sheet
4. Set the applicable discount along with whether you want this to be applicable for 9 or 18 holes as well as whether you would like this to be applicable to carts.
5. You have the option to set restrictions and limits on the online deals
6. Upon creating these, you will see a red flame appear beside the tee times you had selected to promote.

Creating online deals from the promotions section

To create online deals for your entire golf season, you would:

1. Navigate to Promotions on your navigation bar
2. Select Online Deals
3. Click on Create
4. Set the applicable discount along with whether you want this to be applicable for 9 or 18 holes as well as whether you would like this to be applicable to carts.
5. You have the option to set a schedule and restrict these online deals to specific player types.
