Using internal reservation notes

Internal notes can be added to any reservation to keep your staff up to date with anything they might need to know. It could also be used for simple notes, such as the customer's bag or cart number. Internal notes are never visible to the customer directly and can be added to any reservation.

Adding internal notes to reservations

  1. Select a reservation.
  2. Type an internal note into the yellow text box at the bottom of the reservation window.
  3. Click Save.

Viewing internal notes

You can view a reservation's internal note by opening its information window, or by placing your cursor over the yellow note indicator on the tee sheet.
