How to set a cancellation policy:

1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Online Booking
3. Scroll down to cancellation policy and input the hours.

This will set the minimum notice a golfer has to cancel their round from their golfer dashboard.

If they wish to cancel within the window you have set, they will have to call the pro shop to cancel.
