The vouchers feature in Lightspeed Golf can be used for promotional purposes. This tutorial highlights how your staff can redeem vouchers, also known as one-time discount codes, on your R-Series POS.

Once the feature is activated, you will notice a Vouchers menu button on your POS screen:

Vouchers, also known as one-time discount codes, have a monetary value of your choice and can be redeemed only once. You can scan any bar code or swipe any magnetic stripes to find a voucher or you can enter the sequence of digits based on the vouchers you imported into the system.

Once you hit redeem, the system will update the sale with a discount equal to the value of the voucher. Once redeemed, the system will mark the voucher as used, will stamp the date of usage, and note the employee that redeemed it. Remember, each voucher, being a one-time discount code, can only be redeemed once.
