Creating memberships

1. Navigate to Settings > Memberships
2. Create the different membership plans that apply to your course by clicking on +Create
3. When creating a new membership, make sure you enter the following information:

• Name of the membership
• Price (before taxes)
• Player Type that will be associated with the customer when you sell that membership.
• Tax: The tax rate on the membership that will be added when you sell the membership to the customer.

Creating services

Services refer to any additional subscription add-ons or facility services that you would like to invoice the customer for. Services do not correspond to any playing privileges. These can include locker rental, club storage, etc.

1. Navigate to Settings > Services
2. Create the different services that apply to your course by clicking on +Create
3. When creating a new membership, make sure you enter the following information:

• Name of the service
• Price (before taxes)
• Tax: The tax rate on the service that will be added when you sell the membership to the customer.
