Email notifications are sent automatically when making adjustments to reservations from the tee sheet, but they can be muted. This will not impact reservations made online by customers.
This will only be applicable to the computer currently being used. If you wish to disable all emails, please contact the Lightspeed Golf Support team.
- Open the Tee sheet from the main menu.
- At the top right corner of the page, select the bell button.
- If the bell button is red and crossed out, notifications are muted. They can be reenabled again at any time by selecting the bell button again so that it is black and white.
If the bell button is red and crossed out, notifications are disabled.
If the bell button is black and white, notifications are enabled.
