You now have the ability to monitor how often players no-show for reservations. For a basic overview, you can navigate to Reports > Reservations > No Show and filter by using the pre-selected date ranges or add your own custom ranges.
To get a better understanding of your customer behavior, you can also consult Business Intelligence and navigate to Business Intelligence > Customers > Leader boards where you can view the "Most No Shows" with the number of rounds
To modify your no-shows so you have more accurate reporting on the no-shows at your facility, you can click into a reservation (past reservations included) and mark them as a no-show.
