Tee Time Reminders help you maximize occupancy, reduce no-shows, and automate your demand management. The system automatically prompts golfers to confirm their attendance 48 hours before their tee time.

Enabling tee time reminders

You can turn automated confirmation requests on or off globally from your Back Office. When enabled, the system automatically engages the golfer via email exactly 48 hours before their reservation.

If you want to avoid duplicate messages being sent to your users, reach out to the Golf Support Team to disable the 24-hour reminder.

1. Log in as an Owner or Manager and navigate to Settings > Online Booking.
2. Enable the toggle for Tee Time Notifications.
3. Click Save.

Understanding the golfer experience

When golfers receive the Tee Time Reminder email 48 hours before their scheduled time, they can take action directly from their inbox without logging in.

A confirmed status is a high-intent signal that helps you verify occupancy, but it is not a physical lock on the reservation. Your club's existing cancellation and no-show policies still govern the booking.

• Confirming attendance: Golfers can click the Confirm button to verify they are still coming instantly. After confirming, they land on a success page and can optionally log in to view their full booking details.
• Editing reservations: If plans have changed, golfers can click the Edit reservation button to modify their booking. If they modify details like group size or player types but keep the original date and time, the system processes this as a confirmation. If they cancel or reschedule, the original slot immediately becomes available.

Viewing confirmed tee times

Tee Time Reminders automate the follow-up process and provide clear visibility directly on your tee sheet.

1. From the main navigation menu, go to Tee Sheet.
2. Locate the reservation you want to check. When a golfer confirms their attendance via the email request, a check mark icon appears next to the reservation owner's name.
3. Hover your mouse over the check mark indicator to view a tooltip displaying the exact date and time the golfer confirmed.
