The daily sales dashboard provides a consolidated view of sales totals from Retail and F&B. It eliminates the need for manual data reconciliation by allowing you to easily filter and review revenue streams by specific clubs and selected date ranges.
The dashboard includes:
- Rounds Played: Shows the total number of rounds played during your selected date range.
- Occupancy Rate: Shows the percentage of occupied tee times compared to the total available tee times.
- Total Sales: Shows the total revenue generated. This amount is the combined sum of both your retail and F&B sales.

Retail Totals: Displays a breakdown of totals across each sales category in Lightspeed Retail (R-Series). This chart includes the following columns:
- Category: The name of the retail sales category.
- Quantity: The number of items sold.
- Net Sales: The total sales amount before taxes.
- Tax: The total tax amount applied.
- Total w Tax: The final sales amount including taxes.
F&B totals will only appear if your club is integrated with Lightspeed Restaurant (L-Series or K-Series).
Tax & Total w Tax figures are not available for Restaurant (L-Series).
