The occupancy dashboard gives operators an intuitive view of how full the tee sheet is and where opportunities exist to optimize pricing and pacing.

The dashboard includes:

• Key metrics: Summarizes performance indicators such as occupancy rate, rounds played, available tee times, and revenue per available round (RevPAR).

  Key Metric	Definition
  Occupancy rate	Rounds played divided by available tee times.
  Available tee times	All unblocked tee times, including those with rounds booked in them.
  RevPAR (revenue per available round)	(Green fee revenue + total cart revenue) / available tee times.
  Rounds played	Includes all Arrived and Reserved rounds. Excludes rounds marked as No Show and canceled rounds.
  No show rounds	Includes all rounds marked as No Show.
  Blocked tee times	Tee times that are marked as blocked.
  Green fee revenue	The sum of all green fees collected.
  Total cart revenue	The sum of all cart fees collected.

• Occupancy by hour: Displays occupancy for each hour of the day across the week to highlight peak and off-peak times.

• Calendar-based occupancy: Provides a year-over-year comparison of daily occupancy in a calendar view.
• Pace comparison: Compares current rounds, occupancy, and RevPAR with the prior year to show performance variance.
