Reserve with Google helps your course appear in relevant Google search results, making it easier to capture more online bookings. It's quick to activate from within Lightspeed Golf and simple for your golfers to use.
Lightspeed’s partnership with Google supports every part of your business by connecting your tee times, pro shop items, and food orders to the online channels your golfers are already using.
- Your in-store inventory can appear in Google search results through Local Inventory Ads in Retail POS (R-Series).
- Golfers can browse and order from your F&B menu online through Google using Lightspeed Order Anywhere. Available in Restaurant (K-Series) and Restaurant (L-Series).
Rounds reserved through Google will populate across multiple reports. You can set the Channel Source filter to Google in multiple business intelligence reports, such as Rounds Overview and Tee Sheet Export.
Tee times that are affected by dynamic pricing templates are not compatible with Reserve with Google.
Enabling Reserve with Google
Enabling Reserve with Google will make your tee times available for booking directly from Google search results within 24 - 72 hours.
Contact Google Support if the Book Online button does not appear after 72 hours.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Click Enable.
- Review Google's Terms and Conditions, then click Enable.
Disabling Reserve with Google
Disabling Reserve with Google will remove your club's tee times from Google search results within 24 - 72 hours.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Click Disable.
- Review the disablement information, then click Disable.
