Lightspeed Accounting is a business automation service that seamlessly posts sales data to your accounting systems, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Exact. Reconnecting accounts

It may be necessary at times to reconnect your Lightspeed Accounting account to your Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) account in order to make sure it is reporting correctly. Please see the steps in this article in order to reconnect your accounts accordingly.

POS Accounting

If you require assistance using the POS Accounting integration through Lightspeed Retail (R-Series), you can reach out to the support email listed below. Be sure that you are including the following information when reaching out to the team:

• Your contact information (name, phone number, and email)
• Which accounting software you are currently using, such as Sage 50, Acomba, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
• Your golf club's name and location

Punk Accounting

The Punk POS Accounting Portal provides daily updates and allows for the customization of General Ledgers (GLs). GLs can be mapped at the category/sub-category level, which corresponds with the category assignments required in the Lightspeed inventory setup. The portal also enables the modification of GLs for payment methods, categories, and assignments for tax, tip, and cash over/short. Please note that voids from previous days are not included in current-day totals. More information can be found in the attached document.
