Hi. How can we help?

Retail POS (R-Series) house account adjustments

Please review House Account Version 2 articles if you see Version 2 in Settings > House Accounts.

In some situations, it can be necessary to reset a customer's Retail (R-Series) house account balance to $0. The steps below show how to clear out a house account balance or make an adjustment to the balance. Transactions can be finalized and then voided if it is necessary to redo the process.

An account adjustment payment type will need to be created or unarchived to use for either process. The default Adjustment payment type will not suffice.
