At A Glance:

  • Navigate to the Customer Profile you are looking to make changes to

  • Changes could include marking them as a noshow-er, changing their assigned player type, updating contact information, merging duplicate profiles, etc

  • Confirm the changes are correct and save them

  • If you see any error messages when making these changes, please reach out to the support team for further assistance

Customer Profile Notes:

There are multiple ways to add notes to a customer profile. They differ in which can be exported, and which appear on the tee sheet when creating or reviewing reservations.

Applying Tags to Customer Profiles

  • Tags will not appear on the tee sheet or when creating reservations

  • Tags can not be exported from a report

  1. Open the customer profile

  2. Click the down arrow in the top right corner

  3. Click Manage Tags

  4. Create new tags or apply existing ones as necessary

  5. Save changes

Writing Notes into Member & Bag Number

  • This could be the best way to mark no-shows on customer profiles

  • Text written into these fields will appear on the tee sheet and when creating reservations

  • Member & Bag Numbers can be exported from the Customer Segmentation report

  1. Open the customer profile

  2. Click Edit at the top right

  3. Write info into the Member Number and/or Bag Number fields

  4. Save changes

Creating and Using Custom Fields

  • Custom Fields will not appear on the tee sheet or when creating reservations

  • Custom Fields can be exported from the Customer Segmentation report

  • If you have already created Custom Fields, you can continue from step 4

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Settings → Custom Fields

  2. Click Create in the middle of the page or the + button at the top right of the page

  3. Write a Field Name for the Custom Field and Save

    1. You can click on existing custom fields on the right to edit or delete them

  4. Open the customer profile

  5. Click Edit at the top right

  6. At the very bottom of the window that appears, you will see the created custom fields

  7. Save changes

Manually Adjusting Player Types:

  1. Open the customer Profile

  2. Click Edit at the top right

  3. Near the bottom of the window that appears, you will see a Local Player Type drop-down

  4. Choose the player type that should be assigned to the profile

  5. Save changes

Deleting Customer Profiles:

  • You will see an error message if you are trying this with a customer profile with an active house account

  1. Open the customer profile

  2. Click the down arrow in the top right corner

  3. Click Delete

  4. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears
