This workflow is typically used for customers that have billing privileges but it can be used for all customers. **Lightspeed Payments Golf (card not present) gateway is required to utilize this feature.
In the customer profile, select the Payment Methods tab and click on Add a Credit Card.
Adding a Credit Card on file from the Tee Sheet
For existing customers in your database, you can click on the "Credit Card" icon on the top right hand corner and enter their credit card details.
You can also click on the payment tab and add a credit card from there.
For new customers, you would have to capture their contact information and save the reservation prior to entering their credit card details.
Note: You have an option to configure your online bookings to "Require Credit Card on file" for all your members and guests alike.
