At a Glance:

  • Managers and Owners can create, delete and block tee times across multiple days from the Tee Times & Pricing section on the sidebar

  • You are able to set Time & Date ranges when processing these changes

    • Date ranges can be for specific days or a pattern of days between two dates

  • When adjusting time ranges, be sure to use 24-hour/military time

Notes:

  • The following applies to selecting the date range for creating, deleting and blocking tee times:

    • Only this day: will create it only on the day you have selected in the date window

    • Daily: Create the tee times for the length of the date range you have selected

    • Weekly: Create tee times based on which days of the week you want this setup to apply, including the end date of this interval

Creating Tee Times:

  1. Click on Tee Times & Pricing from the Sidebar

  2. Click Create Tee Times

  3. Choose from Standard times, Shotgun, Crossover, or Custom*

  4. Choose the time and date range that you would like the tee times created  

*Custom: refers to a dynamic Interval of tee times. For example, if you currently have an alternating 8-9 minute interval, use this document to copy and paste the desired interval in the box.

When you are filling in the time range, fill it out based on your first and last available tee time. Please note, that this section uses military time/24-hour clock.

(Example: 13:07. 13:15, 13:22, 13:30, 13:37, 13:45)

Deleting Tee Times:

  1. Click on Tee Times & Pricing from the Sidebar

  2. Click Delete Tee Times

  3. Choose the time and date range that you would like the tee times deleted

Blocking Tee Times:

  1. Click on Tee Times & Pricing from the Sidebar

  2. Click Block Tee Times

  3. Choose to Block or Unblock the selected tee times

  4. Set the Time & Date Range and click Block/Unblock in the top right

Changing Tee Time Intervals:

  • To change the Tee Time Interval for tee times already created, it is required to delete and recreate all tee times as necessary

  • It would be best to follow the steps above for those steps

  • Errors may appear if there are reservations created in the tee times you are looking to delete or recreate

    • Be sure to delete these reservations or move them away from their intended date and time, and move them back after the correct interval is set
